Does anybody know the best pain relief to use when suffering from swine flu? - flu relief

I say in the early days of swine flu, and I must say that my experience is very bad (but suffer from the seasonal flu every year, so bad, I'm just not immune. Tamiflu, but I will do nothing to the pain . Does anyone know the best pain relief. I ibuprofen, but not much seems to help. Or do I just accept that I will have severe pain during few days? cheers
